Carlson Intelligence provides an AI-powered lead-response service that automatically texts back missed callers, holds conversations to qualify leads, and delivers lead summaries to home service businesses. Specific service scope, fees, and terms for paying clients are set out in a separate written service agreement between us and the client.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or any systems behind it.

03Messaging

Our platform sends and receives SMS text messages on behalf of client businesses. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle message data.

04Intellectual Property

All technology, systems, code, AI configurations, branding, and content used to deliver our services are the sole and exclusive property of Carlson Intelligence. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without our written permission.

05No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantee of specific lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including client responsiveness and market conditions.

06Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Twilio, Anthropic, and Railway. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party platforms or telecommunications carriers, though we make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carlson Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

08Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
